Packaging, colours and product presentation may occasionally differ slightly from website images. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted when payment has been approved and we confirm that the order is being processed.
We may contact you or cancel an order if a product is unavailable; payment cannot be authorised; delivery information is incomplete; the price or product information contains an obvious error; or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised purchasing.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Website prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Orders are processed in the currency confirmed at checkout.
Currency conversions displayed on the website may be approximate. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
New Zealand prices include GST where applicable. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country unless these are specifically included at checkout.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored directly by MIP Colostrum.
Promotional offers, discount codes, quantity discounts and MIP Rewards are subject to their stated conditions and availability.
Unless an offer says otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash; only one promotional code may be used per order; promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively; and promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier disruption, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
We remain responsible for an order while it is being delivered where required by applicable consumer law. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if a product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing. Photographs of the product and shipping packaging may help us resolve the matter quickly.
Because dietary supplements are consumable products, we cannot normally accept returns simply because you have changed your mind once a product has been opened or its safety seal has been broken.
This does not affect your rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
