A Simple Example

Spend NZ$50 on eligible products and earn 5 Reward Points. Those 5 points are worth NZ$5 towards a future purchase.

MIP Rewards Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

MIP Rewards are available to registered retail customers of the MIP Colostrum website. Customers must be logged in to their account when ordering to earn and redeem Reward Points.

Earning Reward Points:

Customers earn 1 Reward Point for every NZ$10 spent on eligible purchases. One Reward Point is worth NZ$1. Reward Points are calculated on the eligible order value after discounts and are added after the order has been shipped.

Points never expire:

MIP Reward Points do not expire and there is no limit to the number of points a customer may accumulate while the program remains active.

Redeeming Reward Points:

Reward Points may be redeemed at checkout on a future purchase. They cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.

Combining Rewards with promotions:

MIP Reward Points can currently be used alongside other promotions. Where a specific promotion has separate conditions or exclusions, those promotion terms will also apply.

Monthly Reward Statement:

Customers may receive a monthly MIP Rewards Statement by email showing their available Reward Points. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing and Rewards emails using the link provided in the email or by contacting info@mipcolostrum.com

Returns, cancellations and refunds:

If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, any Reward Points earned from that order may be removed. If Reward Points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded, the refund and points balance may be adjusted to reflect the original transaction.

One account per customer:

Only one MIP Rewards account is permitted per customer. Reward Points are personal to the account holder, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with another customer’s account.

No cash value:

MIP Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any benefit outside their intended use on the official MIP Colostrum website.

Exclusions:

MIP Rewards do not apply to wholesale, bulk, private-label or distributor purchases. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and gift cards are excluded from earning and redeeming Reward Points.

Program misuse:

Abuse, manipulation or fraudulent use of MIP Rewards may result in suspension or closure of the account and cancellation of accumulated Reward Points.

Program changes:

MIP Colostrum may modify, suspend or end the MIP Rewards program. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email. Reward Points remain subject to the program terms applying at the time they are redeemed.

Technical issues:

MIP Colostrum is not responsible for temporary technical errors or system interruptions beyond its reasonable control. If you believe Reward Points have not been correctly added or redeemed, contact info@mipcolostrum.com with your order details so we can investigate.
