Suggested use

Combining MIP Colostrum formats
You can enjoy Vitality Blend on its own or include it alongside other MIP Colostrum products.
Do not exceed the recommended Vitality Blend serving because it also contains added vitamins and minerals. If you want additional colostrum, choose 80g or 500g Powder, Vege-Caps or Chews rather than increasing the Vitality Blend serving. Consider overlapping nutrients if you also take a multivitamin or other supplements.
