Each chew provides 550mg of MIP Colostrum. Simply chew as directed at home, in a lunch box or wherever your day takes you.

Adults: Take 3 chews daily. Chew the tablets before swallowing.

You can use MIP Colostrum Chews on their own or alongside MIP Colostrum Powder, Vege-Caps or Vitality Blend. For example, enjoy powder or Vitality Blend with breakfast and take Chews later in the day when a chewable format is convenient.
Each format contributes to your total colostrum intake. Three Chews provide 1.65g of colostrum; one adult serving of Vitality Blend provides 2g.
Do not exceed the Vitality Blend label recommendation, as additional servings may exceed recommended daily amounts of some vitamins and minerals.
