1 medium sized ripe banana
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup milk (or a nut-based milk of choice)
1 tsp. MIP Colostrum Powder
1 tbsp. LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seeds and Almond)
1 tsp. maple syrup or honey to sweeten
