Orange & Ginger Smoothie
Serves 2 – ready in less than 5 minutes
A wonderful vegan smoothie, packed with vitamin C and B-6, potassium, magnesium and fibre.
Use grated fresh ginger if you want more zing. Start out with a 1/2 teaspoon, and add more to taste.
1 medium sized ripe banana
1 large orange (peeled and seeded)
1 tsp. MIP Colostrum Powder
2 cups milk (or a nut-based milk of choice)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (add more to taste)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Secure the top and blend until smooth.
